Shipping and Responsibility
Once your order has shipped and you receive a tracking number, it becomes the consumer’s responsibility to contact USPS directly for any issues, such as mis-delivery or non-receipt. NuFeet Medical Pedicures is not responsible for replacing or reshipping orders in these cases. If your package is returned to us, we are happy to reship it, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
Refund and Return Policy:
Due to the nature of most of our products, all sales are final. This includes oils, pedicure bits, practice feet, debris collectors, cleanup brushes, and battle paddles. No refunds will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Broken Oil Bottles:
If your oil bottles arrive broken, please take the package to your nearest USPS office, take photos, and email them to spa@nufeetpedicures.com.
Service Size Pumps:
If the pump on a service size bottle is not functioning, please email spa@nufeetpedicures.com for a replacement.
Debris Collectors:
Debris collectors are supplied by a third party. If you encounter any issues with this product, you’ll need to contact the supplier directly. For assistance, email spa@nufeetpedicures.com, and we’ll provide you with the necessary contact information.
